The Chief, Noel Gallagher (as of now) formerly of the band Oasis. I loved this picture of him and decided to give it a go 
Not terribly fond of the shading, but I'm proud I finished this. Did the initial sketch about 2 weeks ago and dug it out and shaded it tonight.
Pencil on sketchbook paper, reference appears to be from some Japanese magazine circa 2006/2007.
